Grace Willis was at the side of a young man getting his first dose of a chemotherapy drug. When he started shaking out of control and having body tremors, Grace took control, immediately stopped the infusion and called for help. Grace covered him with warm blankets and explained to him he was having a reaction. Grace controlled the situation, as well as all of the nurses that were in the room assisting. She stayed calm, which in turn helped calm his and his wife’s fears and concerns. “Grace stayed by my bedside and guided me through the most terrifying moment of my life.” “Grace is my DAISY.”
