From the first day Grace became my nurse, I was impressed by her kindness and gentleness. She always explained in detail the medication she was giving me and any procedures I was going to have. She always made my comfort her top priority and was very attentive to my needs. Grace was always prompt to respond to my call button. She was very thorough and patient in caring for me. On one occasion, she had a trainee with her, and I was impressed with her ability to instruct and train. She was very encouraging. Grace is the epitome of a professional caring nurse. She took the time to explain things to my wife, who was here with me, and treated both of us with respect.
