I have chronic pain syndrome with multiple bowel obstructions, and abdominal surgeries (total 9) and after sitting 7 hours in the ER, I was in extreme pain. She helped me change my clothes, got me warm blankets, explained the plan of care, and was very good at explaining everything so you could understand what to expect - (she did not know I had been a nurse for 46 years). She called the doctor for my pain medication. Very friendly and did not make you feel she was rushed although she got a trauma admit she still checked in on me. She was a real gem when I was feeling so bad, explained she was going to flush my IV before the pain med, stated it might give you a metallic taste in your mouth - checked back in on me several moments after she gave it to see if it helped. She could be my nurse any day very knowledgeable experienced young lady. A real pleasure on that night.
