Gracie Holmes was my nurse when I was having a very bad night, both with my leg and with my bipolar disorder. The doctor did everything he could as far as meds but Gracie saw I was struggling with my bipolar and stepped up and went above and beyond. She comforted me and assured me that things were going to be okay. I feel that without her actions and her caring I would not have made it through the night. I really feel she needs to be recognized even though she does not feel that way. You have a very special employee and I hope that you will show her as much appreciation and gratitude that she deserves. She is someone whom I will never forget.
