Although everyone I have had contact with within this unit was wonderful, Graham stands out. I had a colonoscopy on Wednesday. By that night I was bleeding rectally every time I went to the bathroom Thursday I was admitted to the Unit. Doctor after doctor questioned me about what happened. Of course, the proof was being flushed down the toilet. I began to feel no one believed me, but Graham took it upon himself to photograph the proof. I was scheduled for surgery Friday when they found the bleed. Graham kept my spirits up and had my back when I had no way to prove my claim. Please understand I used to be a supervisor in a local court. I know an excellent employee. The person who consistently does their job and then goes beyond the job, not for recognition, but to assist someone else selflessly. When I came back from surgery, Graham was right there to give me a hug. Thank you, Graham. I would hire you in a heartbeat.

I have been a frequent patient in and out for several years. I never had service like I did this weekend. Graham is an excellent and caring nurse. He listened to me that I didn't have high sugar as I was tired of getting pricked, and he fixed it so that I didn't have to get pricked. He made me feel comfortable for the first time in 12 years. I felt as If I was home. I just want to thank him for having a great heart and loving his job. He is very gentle and amazing. He deserves to be honored for being a grand RN.
