Last week, after hearing one of his patients had recently lost her husband, Grant went out on his lunch break and bought her flowers. This is the type of thing Grant does for his patients. He is genuine and kind in all his interactions with patients, family, doctors and all his peers. He is always positive and spreads joy to those around him. Grant is always looking to improve his nursing practice, seeking out knowledge and learning experiences. He has been involved in the Unit Council and many other special projects. Grant is always willing to work extra and help on projects to improve the hospital.
