For the first time the experience felt a little less scary and like I truly had somebody on my side.
I have a few chronic conditions that, unfortunately, make me a frequent visitor. Grant stood out to me from everybody I have met so far because his kindness shines through the moment he greets you. You can tell he deeply cares about people. He validated me the entire time and always took a moment to listen and ask if I needed anything more.

It's hard not to feel like a burden when you have to go in often, but he never once made me feel that way; instead, he reassured me that I wasn't. I felt he advocated for me and supported me through the entire visit. More than anything, I really appreciated the genuine care in his words. He validated, answered every question patiently, and, all around, went above and beyond. He took my difficult night and shone a bright light onto it.

For the first time the experience felt a little less scary and like I truly had somebody on my side. I cannot express my gratitude enough. Anybody who meets Grant truly is lucky. One nurse who had stopped in to help even mentioned how Grant is "sweet as pie," so you can tell he truly brightens everyone's day. Grant deserves all the light and happiness.
