Greg C Bell, RN, BSN

Greg Bell, RN serves as the nurse navigator for our Cardiac Heart Failure and Transplant program. Greg received 41 individual nominations from patients, families of loved ones and colleagues highlighting his compassionate commitment to his transplant patients. The common theme in ALL of his nominations communicated how he walked the transplant journey with each of his patients and their families. Greg is the definition of Extraordinary and has selflessly impacted the lives of so many patients.
