Greg was providing care for one of our GIP inpatient hospice patients. When I walked into the room, Greg was reading the patient cards she had been sent. He was telling her how much her family and friends must have loved her. This patient was unresponsive and actively dying. Greg treated her with dignity and respect and made sure she was comfortable throughout the dying process.
