Greg does an excellent job of gaining rapport with patients and talking to them in a way that they understand.
We recently had a high school student share her story as to why she is going into nursing after high school. She told a staff member that she was a patient here a few years ago in the Emergency room and while she was here, Greg was her nurse. She described how compassionate, respectful, and competent he was. She specifically talked about how he was able to help maintain her dignity in a situation where she felt helpless. She was so impressed with how this visit went that she ultimately decided she wanted to be a nurse and help patients in the same manner he did.
Patients constantly give Greg high remarks when follow up phone calls are done. Patients and staff members frequently talk about how respectful he is. He is able to maintain his calm and collective manner even in stressful situations. Greg does an excellent job of gaining rapport with patients and talking to them in a way that they understand.
