I nominate him because he consistently demonstrated a level of empathy and kindness that is truly inspiring. He is always positive, smiling, and very friendly. One particular instance that stood out was when he was my neighbor on our block. He always gave us all a helping hand, even if he had a VIP patient. He displayed outstanding mentorship skills and was always ready to assist new nurses and share his knowledge.
