My wife brought me into the emergency room At NYP in cardiac arrest. I am 54 years old. I want to thank the entire team that night for saving my life. I had a 100 blockage of my right coronary artery that required stent placement. I was in tremendous pain and felt like I was going to die. I want to thank Greg, the emergency room nurse, that night. Greg never made it seem like I was in danger for one minute. Greg was calm, explained everything calmly, gave me pain medication, and stayed by my side, having the worst pain in my life. I had to go to the cardiac Cath lab as soon as everything was ready. Greg was professional, calm, and so helpful to my wife and me at a time when everything seemed like it was falling apart. Thank you, Greg. Amazing things are truly happening at NYP.
