Woke up to Greg's voice today and instantly felt that I was about to receive amazing service from him; he starts with adjusting my leg and began with "How are you feeling and what can I do to make you feel better?" Today would be my first day I would attempt to move around, so beforehand he made sure that the process would go with little discomfort as possible by being easy to talk to and he was generally giving me advice of what was to come and prepared for the day, with that being said, made me feel confident in what's to come.
