Gretchen was extremely attentive and caring. We were going through a hard period and didn't understand all the processes and testing. Gretchen took the extra time to do her job and do it well. She took an extra effort at every stage.
My daughter and son were very confused and concerned at this time and she took the time to talk to them on their level and answer their questions. My children commented on her speed and thoroughness and making sure there was a personal touch in all things. My family all commented at one time or another at how pleased we were with her professionalism while in the hospital.
I saw a copy of Asante's mission statement and goals. Gretchen achieved all of this and more. She represents the best of Asante.
