My husband is currently recovering in the Transitional Care Facility after suffering a traumatic event. During his transition from Acute Rehab to TCF he had some bitter feelings and felt very safe in verbalizing his frustrations to me. Gretchen sat with my husband and had a heartfelt discussion with him. She then assisted my husband in obtaining a card and vase of flowers to give to me when I returned that morning to visit.
