During my stay at Regional, while being induced with my daughter, I had Gretchen Riggen as my night nurse the whole four days. She was so patient and kind. It was like spending time with my sister. She always made sure I was taken care of and was very comforting. She was so personable and funny, I was so blessed to have her. I could not have asked for a better experience. Gretchen made me feel like her only patient even though they were busy with 7 other laboring patients. I am a nurse and feel like nurses don't often get the respect and gratitude they deserve. I wish that all staff I encounter in the future are as amazing as her.
