Gretta has been extremely helpful to me and my mother during my mother's stay. She exhibits a high level of caring and understanding. My mother has dementia and can at times be hard-headed. Gretta's ability to keep calm and explain what was going on is spot on.
Gretta helped me in more ways than one. She provided me with peace of mind in knowing that my Mom was being taken care of. She also helped me to speak to the doctor and voice my concerns. I have never met a nurse that has such a caring heart and is always making sure we were comfortable or had what we needed. She even shared with me tips to speak to others positively.
