Lupe was my mother's day nurse for 4 days and previously, my mother's nurse 2 years ago as well. It has been a very scary time for my mother and family. Lupe took such great care of our mother, with kindness, caring, compassion and warmth. Lupe tackled every difficult moment with professionalism and expertise. We hated to leave the 4th floor because we hated to lose her as our nurse. As family members, we felt safe leaving our mother with Lupe. It was a relief to be able to trust that our mother was receiving the best care from such a wonderful individual. Her sincere care for my mother really meant a lot to me and my family. Lupe made a lasting impression on my mother and my family. Mainland is a wonderful hospital.
