I would like to nominate this nurse for always going above and beyond for his patients. Guadalupe is one of our newer nurses on the unit but he has impressed me in every way. He takes care of some of our sickest patients and handles it very well! He is a great team player which I am so thankful for. I had an extremely busy night yesterday when one of my patients became very unstable and critically ill. All I kept thinking about was how thankful and lucky I was to have him there and help stabilize the patient. I could not have done it without him! I wish I could clone him and have more nurses like him around!!! Thank you, Guadalupe!
