Where to begin? Well, I have been in the customer service industry my whole life so when as a customer whether it be a grocery clerk, bank teller, healthcare giver, or any customer-related interaction, I take note. Being in the hospital and being vulnerable to pain and needing help is very humbling so when I really needed compassion and humanity my nurse Guadalupe Velazquez was amazing! She is warm, kind, caring, and takes that little extra moment to not just ask if you are good but to make sure you are. We live in a day where it seems no one pauses to really hear or see others but my experience with this beautiful, caring should was no other than top-notch and very appreciated!
