Gigi continuously goes above and beyond caring for her patients, their families, and all the staff on night shift. She has bought food for patients' family members who are sitting with them in the ER and haven't eaten. She helps everyone without hesitation. She strives to make sure every aspect of her job duties are completed, and nothing is left undone for the next shift. Gigi demonstrates every core value, every shift she works. She is an amazing charge nurse. Even when the ER is busy, Gigi will answer the call to IPC to draw labs if needed without question. She will go without a break herself to make sure that both teams have what they need to serve our patients first. Gigi deserves to be recognized for all she does to provide exceptional patient care behind the scenes!
