Gurinder Sembhi, RN

Gurinder was not my assigned RN, however, she came in and answered a call light when my assigned RN was busy with another patient. She was very kind and caring in meeting all my needs. Gurinder assisted me to the bathroom, took away my dinner tray, changed out the ice pack, and checked to see if I needed anything else. She even went and got me fresh ice water. Gurinder was my assigned RN the following evening and she was well-organized and very caring, making sure I was well taken care of. I could tell she works smarter and more efficiently!
