I am sure that for Gurmeet this was another routine call, but the fact that this patient’s experience moved her to reach out with a written Kudo says volumes. This is just a reminder for you, Gurmeet, that even though you talk to dozens of our members every day you work, you might not always be aware that your kind and professional nursing care can really touch someone. We never know if our kind words may be the highlight of someone’s day!
