Following knee replacement surgery for my 85-year-old mother, unexpected excessive bleeding began at the surgical site. Gurpreet responded quickly and very calmly with a small team of nurses to control the bleeding within 30 minutes. Gurpreet's care of my mother from the moment she was checked into the hospital and throughout post-op was very thorough and very caring; allowing my mother to relax even through the post-op scare.
