Gus was just absolutely amazing. Her attitude was always so positive, she always had a smile on her face and she was nothing but kind. Gus was one of the few nurses who would respond to my calls extremely timely and of course, with a smile. She would take care of whatever I needed right away. I am a terminally ill 28-year-old mother of two toddlers. Gus went the extra mile and pulled strings to get it approved for my two young children to be able to visit me. She also was always so on top of making sure I had everything I need and that my medication was given to me as soon as it needed to be. She made my entire stay as pleasant as possible and even all my visitors adored her. Gus made being stuck in a hospital so much more bearable. I will never forget her and the way her positivity made my days so much easier.
