Gwen Fuerte, LVN

Gwen was absolutely so loving, kind, and intentional with our mom. She had no clue we were entering the room, and we could hear her sweet voice and tender words to my husband’s elderly, frail, distraught, screaming mom. Wow! Not only was she so effective, but she also took the time and kept her word to call my husband after a 12-hour shift to give him a personal update. Her call was assuring as she first started with a prompt that this was a “good news call.”

We are very grateful for the joyful nurses and care at North Hills. We are blessed to have the angel Gwen caring for our mom!
