THANK YOU so much for helping to save my life! As the first COVID-19 patient to recover from the ICU on a ventilator, I know that I pulled through last month only because of you and the skills and care of you and your teammates.
You were especially attentive to my needs after I regained consciousness and I will never forget how you regularly relayed messages to me from my husband and you were the one to let him hear my first words out of the ICU.
You helped me remain calm, comfortable, and made me want to get better which I know deep down made all the difference. For this, I am forever grateful".
