Gwynne Gamache, RN

Ms. Gamache’s nomination came from a Veteran patient who wanted to share the positive impact that Case Management has had on his healthcare and overall well-being.

He shared examples of Gwynne’s professionalism and nursing care. He described their nurse-patient relationship as a collaborative partnership that offers support and a proactive approach to ensure he can continue to do all the things that he enjoys. He shared his appreciation for the support Gwynne offers to his wife in times when she has needed resources and equipment to confidently care for him at home. He shared that he feels he can get through anything with Gwynne as his partner.
