Lenox Hill's emergency room is wonderful and in no small measure largely due to the doctors, nurses and the entire department. Whenever we were in the emergency room and Hadassah Lampert was on she was the first one greeting us with a smile and comforting my husband first and then the family. Her attention to detail and ease of making the patient comfortable was really special. Emergency duty is filled with so many things but she makes it look easy. Her smile and confidence two things so needed in those times are a testament to who she is. It didn't hurt that I received a genuine hug as we were discharged!
