December 2021 Honoree
Hadeel Tamimi, BSN, RN
As a nurse, Hadeel often stated that one should treat patients with dignity, kindness, respect, and compassion, as these traits make it easy for a patient to trust you. Although she receives many compliments from patients and staff, this is just one patient story and is an excellent example of her good traits.
One patient went to the OPD wanting a medical report. Even though the patient was in the wrong department, Hadeel went out of her way to help the patient. The Patient didn’t have an appointment but “she spoke to the Doctor about assisting me with my report”. Hadeel accompanied the patient to the correct department and waited until the patient was given the report. Hadeel is recognized for the hard work and positivity that she brings to patients as well as for being an excellent team player
