Thanks to Hadia’s unwavering support and advocacy for clinical nurses, patient outcomes and satisfaction have significantly improved. She has cultivated a work environment where nurses feel empowered, valued, and inspired to reach their full potential.
With a distinguished 26-year nursing career, Hadia has dedicated her life to upholding the core values of the nursing profession. She is a passionate advocate for high-quality, safe nursing practices and has been instrumental in driving innovations and advancements in the field.

Early on in her profession, she was in clinical practice for four years in which she specialized in Cardiac ICU and Surgical units. With her good leadership skills, Hadia was promoted as a nursing director in which she played a major role in many of the expansion projects and supported specialized medical and nursing staff in the hospital she previously worked in. A couple of years later, Hadia further expanded her leadership by assuming a number of nursing administrative positions including being a program coordinator for the Nursing Saudi Career Development; Clinical Nursing Director for pediatric, critical care, burn, and VIP-Business units; Deputy for Director of Nursing Services; and Associate Executive Director of Nursing Services in the previous hospital she worked in. During her 16 years of tenure in these administrative positions, she committed herself to enforcing nursing practices in compliance with established hospital policies and procedures and standards of nursing practice and patient care. Furthermore, Hadia corresponded with eligible nurse candidates for specific activities, and ensured adequate resources. She significantly contributed in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the strategic plans for the nursing division; and developed, modified, and implemented policies and procedures and quality management processes.

Hadia has been the Chief Nursing Officer of Saudi German Hospital Jeddah since 2022, and she has already introduced many changes that greatly impacted and redirected the hospital’s nursing division. Under her transformative leadership,  she made several contributions including helping develop corporate strategies to improve the hospital’s overall performance, introducing the Open Door Policy for nurses, expanding the cultural diversity of the nursing workforce, enabling innovations in nursing practice and education, supporting the attainment of a higher percentage of nurses with more advanced qualifications, as well as actively promoting community health in alignment with SGH Jeddah’s Transformational Goals. Additionally, Hadia strengthened the autonomy and accountability of the nurses by enforcing shared decision-making through the Nursing Shared Governance Councils.  With Hadia’s immense support and reinforcement of the clinical nurses’ initiatives over the years, patient outcomes and satisfaction have vastly improved.
