Hai Truong, BSN, RN, CCRN

I am thrilled to nominate Hai Truong for the DAISY Award on behalf of San Leandro and the Fremont teams. Hai is an Extraordinary Nurse whose unwavering commitment and consistent willingness to go above and beyond make him an outstanding candidate for this esteemed recognition. One example of Hai's true essence of going the extra mile is when he volunteered to go to our Fremont facility to perform a PICC line teaching in detail for one patient and their families to ensure they had all their questions answered. Hai didn't leave until the job was done, and because of his excellent care, the patients were able to be discharged, and they were able to get home for the holidays to be close to their loved ones.

This is one of many instances that showcase Hai's dedication to nursing excellence. We are extremely proud of Hai and are so lucky to have him on our team.
