It is with great admiration and gratitude that I nominate Head Nurse Haia Aldosary for the DAISY Nurse Leader Award.  She is the quiet force behind so many of our team's successes - always present, always dependable, yet never seeking recognition. 
Ms Haia consistently demonstrates dependable leadership not by standing in the spotlight but by standing by her team. Whether we are faced with last-minute changes in tasks or critical decisions under pressure, she is the calm anchor we rely on. Her ability to step in, take charge when needed, and lead with grace and clarity - even under tight guidelines- is nothing short of inspiring.

She is incredibly reliable; the person you can rely upon without hesitation. When challenges arise, she is already two steps ahead, making sure patients are cared for and staff members feel supported. Her quiet strength and steady presence bring stability to the most stressful situations.  

What truly sets her apart is her humility.  She never seeks praise or credit despite her efforts, making a clear difference. She is the first to ask, "How can I help?" She is the last to leave when the work is done.  She uplifts those around her, celebrates others' successes, and leads by example, with kindness, integrity, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

Her humility, dedication, and quiet strength truly embody what it means to be a DAISY Nurse Leader. Though she works behind the scenes her impact is powerful and enduring. We are stronger and more united as a team because of her. She deserves to be recognized for the compassionate servant leadership she shows us every day.
