Haike took amazing care of my NICU baby. He was my 4th baby, but my first NICU experience. She calmed my anxious heart, gave me all the information I needed, and advocated for my baby and myself. She clearly has great NICU experience and knows how to clearly state her knowledge to the parents in an easy-to-understand manner without overwhelming the parent in an already stressful situation. She was wonderful!
