Gebriel has a quiet strength in his deliberate, quick actions and gentle, few words. Gebriel exudes the highest leadership quality of ‘Never asking someone to do something he wouldn't do himself.’ Gebriel always saw the NEEDS for my husband and found expedient, effective ways to meet the need. A further reflection of his character is the neat and tidy manner in which he approached both the administration of medications and the delivery of direct patient care, i.e., bedpan, changing bed linen, transferring patients, etc. It says a lot about his character when he demonstrated day after day, such patience and compassion for my husband's needs and my efforts to care for him. Gebriel is a PERFECT example for the 'NM Poster Nurse' and would be a terrific example to hold other employees to the litmus test(s) of Gebriel’s character and clinical practice.
