Hailey Greene, LPN

Hailey Greene is an exemplary nurse. She is one of the best nurses I have ever worked with. She puts her patients and her team's needs before her own. She picks up extra shifts, stays overtime, and assists with patients willingly and with a smile on her face. As a nurse, coming into work and knowing she was on the shift prior was comforting. She always has things in order for her patients, and they always give glowing reviews from both patients and visiting staff. During the pandemic, I watched her care for dying patients with the most compassion and human love. She supported the unit always. She is a role model to all nursing staff. She has always welcomed all new staff with kindness, and she is a wealth of knowledge. She and I took care of the same patient at the end of life. She would bring the patient food before and after her shift. She was limited in what she could eat, and for three nights in a row, she brought in the patient’s favorite food. She provides quality care. She is empathetic and compassionate to patients and coworkers alike. NPCU and Frye are lucky to have her.
