Hailey was told by me, “I’m a hard IV stick.” She not only calmed my fears but also looked up and down both arms and even placed a warm pack where she thought the veins might be most effective. Hailey found a vein in my right arm that worked like a charm. She put the IV in; I barely felt it, and it was the first try. This has never happened to me before. She is my IV heroine! She calmed me down amazingly by talking to me and getting the IV in so well. She was kind and gentle. I will never forget her, her efficiency, her incredible skills, or her calmness. Her calmness really made a huge difference in my state of mind. God Bless Hailey! I feel she should get an award for all she did for me and, I am sure, for others. Thank you, Hailey! I truly appreciate you!
