The patient, who happens to be a nurse herself, wrote that Hailey was attentive to her needs and very often anticipated what she might need so that she didn't have to ring her call bell the entire hospitalization. She kept the patient comfortable, informed, well hydrated, and was very professional and efficient. The patient's husband planned on staying the night and Hailey even anticipated his needs. On the day of discharge, she had the patient out of the hospital by 0900, which the patient really appreciated and felt like it was an example of her organizational skills. The patient attributes her easy recovery to Hailey. The patient's husband added that from post-op until discharge his wife's care was great and Hailey was exceptional. She has great communication skills, and there were very few times they had to ask a question because she spent such time explaining every aspect of care. He felt that she went above and beyond her duties, and was kind and respectful. He was also impressed with how Hailey interacted with her coworkers.
