Hailey Nicole Wells

Hailey is there for patients and peers. In clinicals, she communicates effectively with patients and their families, especially in stressful situations. She listens to all concerns and follows up immediately. Hailey also supports her peers. Her classmate lost their job and car in the middle of their clinical course. Hailey refused to let the student drop, driving over 40 minutes each way to pick up the student ensuring the classmate could finish the session.
