Hailey Ramirez, RN

Hailey went above and beyond to live out our service standard of "love me" with a special patient. She saw that the patient had gone through many health battles at a young age and made a special connection with this patient. She even went as far as ordering the patient boba tea from Door Dash after finding out the patient had never tried it before. I was encouraged and inspired to see the extraordinary compassion that Hailey showed. Thank you for showing and living out our service standards.
