Hailey Schafer is very compassionate and kind. She not only communicated everything with me but also listened to my concerns. She went above and beyond to fulfill my medical needs and make me as comfortable as possible. When I was in pain, and the heating pad didn’t work, she offered to make hot tea along with the medication. And when I was nauseated, and medications and crackers didn’t help, she made me a sandwich. I believe she leads her team through her performance, providing excellent care, and knowing her patients. Hailey not only displays but also excels in her love and self-motivation for the job. Her presence was consistent as she followed up routinely. I am 36 years old but have never gone through a major surgery such as this. It was extremely painful and scary for me. Hailey’s assistance with the process immediately post-surgery helped my healing process go more smoothly than I expected. If my family or I ever need to return to the hospital, I wish it would be Hailey to be our nurse. So, with everything said above, Hailey has truly shown me the commitment she has for Bryan Health and all her patients.
