Ms. Hailey took the time to listen to my story…a LOT of time. She allowed me to shower and even washed my clothes and shoes! That amazed me. As someone who struggles with addiction, there is often a stigma against us addicts. Ms. Hailey showed me so much compassion and understanding that it brought me to tears. She was dedicated and intentional in helping me, hearing me, understanding me, and supporting me. There was absolutely zero judgment, and I felt so safe and comfortable with her. I have NEVER met a medical professional who gave me so much compassion and understanding. Ms. Hailey absolutely deserves this award and everything good that life has to offer.
