Hailey is a very personable, cheerful, and helpful nurse. If she could not answer my question at the moment, she had an answer soon after. She listened and heard me, a rare quality in people. Hailey seems very knowledgeable, considerate, and respectful. As an older patient, not used to being away from home with no visitors during COVID-19, Hailey became an important part of my day and recovery. I want to thank all the staff from housekeeping, aids, nurses, hospitalists, therapists, as well as social services. In a time of crisis in my life, they all helped me improve so much.
