From the moment Haille walked in my husband's ICU room, she was a professional ray of sunshine and hope at a very dark time. With her smile that is sincere and encouraging, she cared for my husband in such a professional, skilled way. She carefully attended to every detail. At the same time, she connected with me and the other medical support staff, nurses and doctors in such a respectful and appropriate, yet very caring way. She exemplifies what an RN should be. As a family, we especially appreciated how she educated and kept us informed as to what she was doing and how my husband was doing. Also, what procedures have had been and might be done next and what would be involved. She spoke to us in such a way that we felt included in his care. Haille was comforting, caring and supportive throughout both shifts. We were blessed to have her two days in a row. Sadly, we have had a long, complicated medical journey with my husband, but we have been blessed by many excellent nurses along the way. Haille is one of the very best!
