Hala has a beautiful smile that took away my feelings of pain and exhaustion. The nurse welcomes patients with so much warmth and love radiating from her face and her smiles. She knew how to comfort me and reassuringly helped ease the pain and struggles of being ill. She addressed my needs and requests without hesitation.
For example, when I asked to change rooms as I would be in the hospital for more than 8 hours and the room was not comfortable, she did not hesitate to find a different room for me. She also made sure that I was settled in and okay. On another occasion, I asked for my appointment to be changed as I was unable to attend that weekend. She took the time to speak to my doctor and helped reschedule the appointment to a much more suitable date for me.
Not only was she a caring and kind nurse, but she was also gentle when taking care of her patients. I was so comfortable even when she was inserting the IV cannula! I was extremely grateful to have her looking after me.
