Haley went above and beyond while taking care of my dad in the ICU. I truly felt a personal connection with her which eased my anxiety of not being able to see my dad or talk to him, because he was on BiPAP. Haley kept me updated, always answered or returned my calls promptly and always gave me her undivided attention and time. Dad did great in her care. He was relaxed and I truly believe it was partially due to her calming demeanor.

While I think all of your staff is amazing and I am so incredibly thankful for each and every one of them, Haley really stood out. It is especially hard not being able to see someone you love due to covid and I think Haley has something special when taking care of these patients and communicating with family.
