"Haley is extraordinary."
Patients totally depend on their nurses for extra encouragement and all kinds of assistance when they’re feeling at their worst. Haley is a giant step above this type of nurse because she has a servant’s heart when caring for others. This is so evident in her caregiving with each task (whether dispensing meds or just getting ice). Knowing how to positively respond to different personalities in patients and their loved ones is a gift. My husband is a colorful guy and will say just about anything, but Haley handled this stay with grace and humor. She checked on us so frequently we could have just disconnected the nurse button. She truly was excellent in her care and has such a kind spirit. God has her in the right place.

Haley is extraordinary. During my recent hospital stay, which quickly became one of the most fearful times of my life, I received exceptional care from all staff-- from dietary to housekeeping to radiology to laboratory to PCAs and Nurses to Physicians. One nurse in particular stood out above the rest, Hailey Dailey. My diagnosis is not a common diagnosis and even with my medical knowledge and education, it was foreign to me and a large amount of the staff I encountered during my stay. Hailey did not hesitate to not only research my dx herself but also utilized her critical thinking skills, and most importantly, she calmed me by listening to my concerns and made me believe that I was going to be okay.
She didn't question or minimize the symptoms I felt going on in my body and advocated for me to what I believed was the fullest extent she could. She was kind, compassionate, and eager to assure me that I would be taken care of. As a fellow healthcare professional, I know how hard it can be to put our patients at ease and attend to all of their needs while caring for multiple patients who deserve the same level of care. Hailey is truly in a class of her own and I hope the administrators know what a rare jewel they have.
Her demeanor, calmness, compassion, and willingness to explain the diagnosis, treatment and all other aspects of my care (in a stressful situation) to ensure that I was well informed is truly commendable. Hailey exemplified the love of Christ in a time that was much needed by me and my family. She was a breath of fresh air to a patient that was struggling to breathe. I extend my gratitude for the loving care she provided.

Haley always strives to be honest with everyone and takes accountability for her work. She is the kindest nurse I’ve ever met and is so compassionate towards her patients and everyone else. She makes sure that her patients feel important and cared for at all times and is always coming up with unique ways to care for them in a better way. For example, if they are hurting and it’s not time for pain meds, she will think of therapeutic ways to decrease their pain.
She is extremely knowledgeable and it shows in every aspect of her nursing care. She makes patients and their families feel like family. They all feel important when Haley is around. She knows how to do her job extremely well, is a bright spot in everyone’s day, and is also great with students and new employees in orientation. She took such good care of my mom and my family. She went above and beyond to comfort me in a scary situation, even though I work here.
