I am writing to nominate this nurse for her exceptional care and professionalism during my stay at CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Medical Center. From the time I became her patient, she went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, informed, and cared for. Her kindness, patience, and genuine compassion made a difficult time much more bearable. She consistently took the time to listen to my concerns, get answers to my questions (if she didn't know them), and provide encouragement, which greatly eased my concerns. It was clear that she is deeply dedicated to her profession and to her patients. Her attention to detail, coupled with her warm and uplifting attitude, truly sets her apart.
