Haley Rigoulot

All throughout this journey in nursing school, I have seen Haley grow into an amazing nurse who advocates for her patients the best she can while she is caring for them. One of Haley's most defining qualities is compassion. She consistently goes above and beyond their role's requirements, offering physical and emotional care to patients during some of the most vulnerable times in their lives. From listening to patients’ concerns to patiently answering family members' questions, Haley always finds the time to make each individual feel valued and understood. Her empathetic approach helps to relieve the anxieties and fears that often accompany medical treatment, providing a much-needed source of comfort.

She demonstrates the Franciscan value of respect and the dignity of each person. She went into every clinical, not only caring for the patient but for their family as well. This value will help her go far in her nursing career and life.

I am happy to say that Haley not only meets the criteria but goes above and beyond it!!
