This nurse is a prime example of what nursing is all about with care and compassion. My husband had a poor prognosis, and they approached my family and me with such empathy for the entire situation. This nurse made sure I knew everything that was going on and what the doctors were doing with every test that was being done. I could go on and on about everything they did for my family and me but the level of compassion they showed for my husband was astounding. I talked to my husband and held his hand and told him everything that was going on and what they were doing every time they went near him. When it was time to make the final decision to end care, this nurse was by our sides making sure we knew everything but knew when we needed our time. This nurse kept my husband informed the entire time and every medication they were giving him. This nurse did all this while training their resident. Thank you for such amazing care and compassion.
